I contacted the Kostopolous law group after my son had been charged with his second DUI. The first few lawyers I contacted told me that he would likely have to either do some jail time or lose his license for an extended amount of time. Gus brought my son into the police station to turn himself since my son left the scene of the accident without incident. Gus plead the case down to a moving violation and my son was able to keep his license and avoid a conviction. I cant recommend the Kostopous Law Group enough. They took the time to explain our options to us and walk us through the process so we weren't blindsided by anything at court. I hopefully wont have to use them again but if I ever need a lawyer they will definitely be the first ones I call.
