We desperately needed the help of an attorney one evening. Our teenage daughter misbehaved one night and ended up in legal trouble. We were terrified, to say the least. I frantically started calling phone numbers for local attorneys. Since it was nearly seven in the evening, no one picked up at any office. I was just about to give up when Joe answered the phone. He not only answered, but he also gave me a free and lengthy phone consultation that night. Since I was nearly inconsolable, I handed the phone to my husband. Joe patiently laid out the same information for the second time. We knew immediately we were going to hire this law firm. My daughter and I met with Joe a short time later and he explained everything to us again, fully preparing us for what to expect during our upcoming court appearance. I have had the opportunity to work with this law group. I have never had to contact a criminal attorney in my life. So I had a million questions I was scared and had no idea how this whole thing worked. But the customer service given to me and my son was above and beyond. I worked with Joe and another attorney in the firm, Rosemary Kostopoulos. Rosemary showed up for court the day of sentencing and she was very caring and comforting. She made sure all our questions were answered and got there early to do what she needed to do to get us out and be called first, so we were in and out. She took care of all matters without us initially having to be in the courtroom and was on top of everything. Another lady that was there actually complimented us for having such an attorney to be on top of everything and kept asking us if we had any other questions. Rosemary also advised that we call in regards with any questions regarding expungement. And answered alll those questions. Me and my son felt very well taken care of and we were.
