Mike has always been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. He has always been easy to contact, and you can tell he truly cares about his clients. I have reached out on several occasions since using him for representation and he has always been willing to provide advice and answer any questions I’ve had. You don’t find many attorneys like mike who truly care about the people they’re representing.

Great communicator, sharp, and caring: When I found Michael Biederstadt I was unhappy with the first attorney I hired in my divorce case. Michael clearly and thoroughly explained my options and possible outcomes and once I made a decision, strongly represented my interests. He later represented me again in a post decree matter. Michael communicated very well with opposing counsel and was consistently very timely in returning my calls and emails. I always felt like he truly cared about me and my children and would do whatever he could to represent our interests. Having to share so much personal information with someone is difficult but Michael made it easier because he is so genuinely caring. He is a decent, kind, and very sharp attorney. I highly recommend him!

Michael Biederstadt is the best lawyer I could have asked for. He’s reasonable, doesn’t BS you and he seemed to really have my best interest at heart. I hired him after another lawyer recommended him. I had been stuck in and out of family court for years, and Michael came on and worked hard to get it out of court and fought for a judgment that was more fair to me as the previous judgment was unreasonable (which led to being brought back to court so much). Michael genuinely cared to help me in my situation and really went to bat for me. If you need an ethical lawyer and need someone interested in a fair and reasonable outcome without dragging things out, I can’t recommend anyone more. Give Mr. Biederstadt a call.

This man is a child. He is extremely irresponsible and will screw up your case in a heartbeat. Don't hire him. Marble Law is also a scam.

Michael Lodermeier is a true professional. He kept us informed throughout the entire process of our case. Everything was expedited quickly and efficiently.
