After seeing and hearing about friends go through horrible, costly and dragged out divorces. I new the most important thing to me was to part ways as inexpensive, quick, easy (if that’s Was a thing in divorce) and as fair as possible without bitter feelings.
A collaborative divorce at Trinity family law is how we were able to accomplish this.
Theresa and her staff helped me feel comfortable and at ease with this very uncomfortable and unfortunate situation.

Very positive experience! Amazing staff and attorney! They answered all my questions in a timely manner, tailored their assistance to my specific situation, and supported me to understand and be comfortable with the legal process which they further helped to make as quick and easy as possible! I hired Walt to help me with what I thought was going to be a routine divorce. When it turned ugly he helped me navigate the legal system, prepare for trial, and ultimately negotiate a reasonable settlement. I don’t anticipate needing his services again, but he would be my first call if I needed help. Also - it gave me a lot of peace of mind that he was so familiar with the opposing council and the judges on the case.
