They walked us through pre-meeting preparation so that when we met, all the paperwork was prepared and the meeting flowed very smoothly. I had heard horror stories from friends about this process but thanks to Tom, our experience was painless, thorough and efficient. We have already recommended Tuohy Law Firm to a number of people. I was feeling completely hopeless after buying a car that fell apart on me a month after owning it I called multiple attorneys and all of them demanded a lot of money out of me just to get the case started, then I was referred to Peter and his team and with one phone call I felt like every thing was gunna be ok. Very good communication. Via both email and texting. Transparent and straight forward, and even though I didn't end up going through with my bankruptcy(Was refunded the filing fees I pre-paid to them) due to my assets being too high, they were honest in going forward with it not being the wisest move. Would absolutely consult with again if the need were ever to arise.
