it’s challenging when you need legal help because a lot of times you look for what you want to hear I was fortunate enough to meet Peter who told me the truth, had the education had the background, and the knowledge respect for me to tell me whether I like it, or not what the truth is did not waste my time. Did not waste my money respected me is there anything more you could possibly from a lawyer than that??

So a year ago, a creditor was trying to garnish my wages, the paperwork was sent to my employer. I’m a single mom trying to make ends meet and having my wages garnished, would’ve hurt me financially. So I googled bankruptcy attorneys in my area and found this awesome attorney who immediately met with me, he explained everything I needed to know about bankruptcy and we started the process. This creditor was NOT able to continue to garnish my wages. Although my employer allowed them to take a few payments but my attorney, Mr. Stuart Swanson, had my back and did not allow them to continue taking money out of my checks and I actually got back what they took. In a matter of a few months, what was on my credit, was washed. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this office, his office assistants were AMAZING as well.
