My situation would have been so much worse in the hands of another, or even with the first lawyer I’d been using. Tamir is the second (and final) lawyer I retained to help me with a custody and support case which started as an emergency case, and Tamir really hit the ground running. Every lawyer can say the right things at first, But Tamir was great to the last moment. He never promised things he couldn’t deliver, and he was realistic when I was not being realistic. I never felt like he was mansplaining to me, and he seems to have a genuine respect for the daily grind of a good mom. I also appreciate that even as things settled and our case became easier, the communication was still reliable and he was available by phone and email, and a few times even by text and his personal cell. I didn’t have to babysit the process of getting information I needed/wanted. His team were also thorough and responsive when he was unavailable. Thank you Donna, Alison and Naveen for answering my questions with a smile! You deserve a raise ❤️ He’s also a terrible business man ;-) Tamir will talk you OUT of paying him more money if he doesn’t think it’s beneficial to your cause. I noticed other lawyers in court were constantly dragging things out with continuations but I told Tamir I needed to be done as quickly as possibly because I was going to go broke, and it was very obvious that he was pushing for resolutions every court date regardless of the other party’s tortoise pace. Even if we did have to ask for more time, Tamir was adding in another motion, inserting another item of consideration and keeping forward momentum at every court date. Thank you Tamir!!!!
