I can’t speak highly enough of Attorney Lonergan! Prior to consulting with him I’d spoken with another attorney who tried to take advantage of me and had me near hysteria believing I could serve jail time. Within 5 minutes of chatting with Mr. Lonergan I knew he was an honest, down-to-earth gentleman - and the person I wanted representing me. While we talked he gained access to and reviewed the police report, asked me some questions, gave me his opinion, I retained him and didn’t have to do a thing until we met on the day of the hearing…he took care of everything. Normally I would have been a nervous wreck, but I walked into the court room with him, being fully informed of what to expect, feeling safe, and everything went exactly as he told me it would. I believe you won’t find a finer man or better attorney.

Atty Maureen Williams is not who she portrays to be this loving, caring, listening, the mission statement is a bunch of bull! I hired Maureen in Jan to do a case review for a post-conviction for my boyfriend. she charged me 7500 just for the review. I assume she was a good Atty from her reviews. This is farthest from the truth. I asked three questions that were important to me. How long will this review take? will she get the transcripts? and how will you handle his upcoming court date? Her reply was it will take approximately 6 mo. she will get his transcripts and will make an appearance on his behalf. As of 4/24/22 nothing has been done!! NO transcripts. (how can u review if you don't have the facts!!) She called me the day before his court date to ask what this was regarding. (as an atty u cant figure this out} she informed me that she couldn't go because she is still reviewing his case. Remember Maureen didn't say any of this when I asked! no actions have been taken she claims she thought her team was on it. Maureen also sends you highlights of your conversations but I noticed that anything that you have an issue with she doesn't address it, in the notes she sends you. only things that she assumes are going well. For the money that I have paid I expect more, I have since fired Maureen and awaiting my refund of 7500. she stated that she has to charge for her time. I am thinking timing doing what? lying!! I will definitely be filing a complaint with the bar association/ supreme court for her dishonest behavior. There is a ton more but just to give you a glimpse of her character. RUN When you see The office of Maureen Williams you will not regret it!!

I wouldn't recommend Mrs Williams, to my dog! She spoke to me with no respect, she in her own words told me "to get off the victim train" I felt so belittled! I have never in my life felt so unheard and disrespected...... she called me from her cell phone , then told me never to call her on it.. but continued to send text messages..I spoke with her staff in which I might add she don't deserve, they were very apologetic and nice while trying to help me with my question... which was .. Mrs Williams called and asked of I was gonna take the plea in court , and if I didn't she was going to excuse herself from my case" I asked "WHAT IS THE PLEA?" NO ONE EVEN KNEW! Not even Mrs Williams when she called ...so I was expected to take a plea with no one even knowing what the terms of the plea was?!?!?!! WHAT!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? Now remind u I fought this case 3 years alone until I hired Mrs Williams, She appeared in court 1 time and I just received a letter in the mail she has excusesd herself from my case!?!?!?! What the actual hell is going on??? She said she'd do my case Pro-bono as I did all the foot work myself for the last 3 years ... CHARGED ME $500 DOLLARS APPEARD IN COURT 1 TIME and DROPPED MY CASE AND I STILL HAVE NO PLEA!!!!!! I regret taking $500 outta my children's mouths for a lady that wouldn't fight for a single mother of two, one with a disability! So if your looking for SOMEONE to FIGHT FOR U!!! MRS WILLIAMS IS NOT WILLING NOR HELPFUL! SHE DEGRADES U WHEN U HAVE A QUESTION .... AND SURELY HAS NO PROFESSIONAL STANCE , MRS WILLIAMS HAS DONE NOTHING BUT HURT MY FEELINGS, BELITTLE ME, TOOK MY MONEY , ACTED AS IF SHE NEVER WANTED MY CASE(but took the case and money) , With that I felt Mrs Williams did not do her job to the absolute fullest! NOR WITH INTEGRITY!

John was amazing with my son’s case. I came in his office in distress and before leaving I was calmed. He did everything I asked of him and more. John is one of the best attorneys in our area. If you’re looking for someone to get the job done and compassionate about the work and not the pay he’s the one for the job. My experience with John Lonergan was very positive. From beginning to end, John guided me through the process. He laid out each step and was clear about my options. He did not over promise. No BS. John provides a line of communication to answer questions or offer information when needed. His staff was very helpful and professional. Legal issues can be confusing and stressful. If you are looking for someone who can alleviate most or all of that, I highly recommend John Lonergan.

AAA++ rating. Responsiveness, Professional, engaged, etc. Cost was fair, and follow up has been so great that I would never go anywhere else for the needs that I had. shoutout to Erin also she was so kind and on the ball. Maureen was kept up to speed as a result of her.
