Joe and his staff provide a perfect mixture of professionalism and humanity. They were a great help in untangling my messy family law case. When things became emotionally charged and/or unclear, Joe remained courteous and reassuring. The staff was knowledgeable and caring through the entire process. Knowing the law and helping people is definitely Joe’s passion, not just his “job". Grateful for all of his help, I highly recommend him.

This guy is so beyond unprofessional. He tells you one thing during your free consultation, then soon as you pay him, his story changes. Waste of a months wages for nothing. Never even made it to an actual hearing, never had any papers filed on time, judge got very frustrated because of his screw ups. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! FIND SOMEONE ELSE!!

I hired Joe Borsberry to handle my divorce and custody case. During the first few months I rarely heard from Joe. Sometimes I'd hear from his paralegal who to her credit seemed nice enough. Communication with them was a nightmare. To get a phone call could mean waiting days for Joe to be available. Emails were hard to understand and often didn't address all of my questions. The final straw came when Joe had a status hearing with the opposing attorney and I couldn't get an update on the call. I sent multiple emails asking for an update, several emails with other questions, and never heard back - for weeks. Even after multiple follow ups. Going through a divorce is difficult enough but it's back breaking when you have no idea what is going on with your case and feel like the people you hired don't have your back. The bills sure came on time though! After enough frustration I fired Joe and hired an attorney that I couldn't be more happy with. Emails and calls are returned promptly. I understand every aspect of where my case is at. Crazy, right? I wasn't going to even bother with a review but now I'm getting shook down for one last payment. A bill for the time it took for them to fill out the paperwork to FIRE him. The check's in the mail now, thanks for nothing! If you are a husband or wife contemplating divorce PLEASE do yourself a favor and take this review and the others to heart. Reading the other reviews I'm not the only one who had a similar experience. I wish I had taken the advice of the other reviews before sinking money and time here.

I am so pleased with my experience with this office. I wish I had hired them from the start. I had been awarded alimony previously and tried for one year to receive it. Within two weeks this office took care of everything and my payments started rolling in. I would highly recommend this office.

Thorough, steadfast, honest representation was provided. I would refer them to any family undergoing difficult transitions. Joe's experience and hard work was easily recognizable from the start . I am thankful for him and his team for their patience and dedication to attaining a good resolution to complicated matters.

I am in the middle of a custody battle and unfortunately am unable to afford an attorney. I have been utilizing free consultations with all of the local attorneys in order to learn as much about family law as possible before we go to trial. 7 minutes into my consultation with Attorney Borsberry he tried giving me fee quotes to which I apologized and informed him that I made it very clear to the receptionist that I do not have the financial capability to hire an attorney and was just wanting to utilize the free consultation. He got very dismissive and ended up hanging up on me at the 10 minute mark. Very rude and very unprofessional. Just because a single mother can’t afford to hire an attorney doesn’t mean she should be dismissed and not helped at all. If that’s the case, don’t do free consultations.
