Injured on the job. Work Comp case with large insurance company. Hired Black and Jones 6 years ago when the case began. Met Mr. Jones once briefly and then never again. About a year or more into the case, the attorney working my case left the firm. I was calling and Black and Jones was acting like he just wasn't in. They never told me that my attorney was gone and I never got a personal call or explanation when I found out what happened. My attorney and I found each other and he's the best around. Always fights for his clients. Returns calls and answers emails. I felt no personal attention from Black and Jones at all. If I could give zero stars I would. The best choice you could make would be Gesmer & Reynolds

HE IS THE A THIEF HE WAS OVER PAID BY TWO CHECKS AND I BROUGHT IT TO HIS AT THAT THE SSA IS TAKING MY CHECT IN FULL FOR THREE MONTHS AND I SHOWED HIM PROOF OF HIS OVER PAYMENT HE SAID TAKE HIM TO COURT HE WILL NOT REFUND ME OR SSA THAT ITS THERE FAULT AND NOT RETURN THE MONEY AND RATHER SEE A 18 YR VET BE HOMELESS WHAT A MAN WATCH OUT FOR HIM DONT HIRE HIM HE WILL SCAM YOU GERALD KOLAK

Update: They took my case for several years, judge kept stopping on the fact that I homeschool my 2 oldest children with learning disabilities and my past of several customer service jobs. No matter the facts that my health is declining slowly. After several appeals and denials, I received a letter that I was no longer retaining them for their services due to the reasons the judge and the occupational specialist said I could still do. They have a wonderful team, but unless you are actually dying of a sickness/disease, the chances of you getting approved for disability is slim to none. Just beginning my disability case, it's only the start but I was told I had a case we're yet felt I was kind of on my own still.
