Work comp case 13 years and they lose the case ! Do not use

We learned the hard way that we should have went with these guys first. We did not because of a recommendation that came to us. The first attorneys we went with (Macloskey and Kessler) gave us nothing but the runaround for what had to have been at least a couple months. Every time we would call them to get some sort of update, we would get some BS that completely avoided what we called for in the first place. That was another problem, they would never call us. This is when we had finally had enough. I remembered hearing about Fisk and Monteleone for years on local TV, so we gave them a call and were impressed from the very first call. We knew we found the right attorneys that actually wanted to help us. David, John, and their staff were very caring and always were keeping us updated on things. Sometimes they would even call to say there weren't any updates. They knew time was of the essence, especially after a couple months had already went by since our accident happened. Within the first week, John and David had already gotten more done than our last attorneys did in a couple months. The whole experience with this team was amazing from start to finish and I cant recommend them enough. My wife and I were actually a little sad when everything was settled. Because of how well we were treated and how much they cared, it almost felt like family we would probably never see again. Made sure I was took care of from the beginning to the end

Attorney Fisk took my case it was complicated. And the defendants were not cooperative and trying to not take responsibility and prolong the case. Mr Fisk was on top of it all and got them to a mediation session to settle the claim. We got very good results. Mr Fisk was totally professional and made sure that everything was very thorough for the best outcome. Mr. Fisk truly cares about his clients he is understanding & compassionate and well do what ever it takes it get good results. I was very pleased with how everything was handled from The Firm and their staff. I would highly recommend them to anybody who needs their assistance. Five stars top notch!
