Tracy is NOT Compassionate as her add says. She knows what to say to convince you to hire her. Took her 3 years to get a lousy Work Comp. settlement for my debilitating hip injury! I couldn't afford to keep Waiting to get what I deserved! It wasn't going to happen. Very rude at the signing of the settlement. Didn't speak. I had to keep calling the office to even get my check! When it finally came, she didn't even personally give me the check and explain things, or see if I had any questions...........

Tracey herself good lawyer her staff and the ineptitude demonstrated by them over 4 years is enough to drive someone insane. Left hand has 0 clue what the right hand is doing and they don't listen. Once you finally get upset with them they tell Tracey you are mean, rude...etc without ever mentioning the number of times you have to call to get a straight answer.
