Mr, Hampilos set up my new corporation, which he also represents. Anytime I have a question or a concern, he is readily available. George is very knowledgeable and actually cares about his clients. I feel very fortunate to have him in my corner. His Law firm is highly recommended.

STBX, I find it amusing that HAZLOVE is reviewing my attorney—“the opposing counsel.” Is the intent to discredit George Hampilos? Then her need to review is based on the outcome of the case, and her dissatification of her own attorneys inability to go against a competent attorney. She claims her attorney had to get the judge to validate what George ruled. It is my understanding that judges rule and validate, not attorneys. While HAZLOVE is entitled to her opinion of alledged unethical behavior she claims others agree with her. Are these observers the same discredited witnesses that were artfully and skillfully cross examined by Attorney Hampilos ? Incidentally, the only emotions I have witnessed by George is his sense of humor and incredulity of HAZLOVE's completely irrational actions, words and aberrant behaviors. HAZLOVE professes being on the "receiving end" of his non-professionalism on a few occasions. Those occasions consist of being cross-examined on the witness stand and extremely discredited. During which time her ineffectual lawyers either failed to object or were overruled by the Judge. Is George a fast talker or hyper? George is an excellent reader of human behaviors, and if it is beneficial to his client, he will adjust his cadence to achieve the desired result from their testimony. A good lawyer controls the conversation of the witness on the stand. HAZLOVE'S previous attorneys parted ways because they had no control over their client’s irrational, illogical acts and poor choices—in addition to her unwillingness to settle in the face of insurmountable odds against her. Her attorneys would gladly bill her for travel time and should look forward to a worthy opponent. HAZLOVE'S threat of reporting Attorney Hampilos to the bar is characteristic of her making false claims. She had me arrested for domestic abuse of which a jury exonerated me after 4 minutes of deliberations. Which she followed by filing a order of protection based on 30 year old allegations of deprivation and false claims of drug addictions. (I do not use illicit drugs notwithstanding having been married to her all these years.) This emergency order of protection request was denied by the court. The next day she filed an ethics complaint against our realtor when she disagreed with his testimony of facts. When Judge Young ruled against her testimony and her contempt of court for lying she now suspects judicial bias. As my case is coming to its conclusion I have found George Hampilos to be very aware of the law and quite competent. He is an excellent cross examiner that is capable of arriving at the truth. His ability to get witnesses to self-incriminate, as in my case, the hiding of marital assetts such as stocks, credit cards, etc....Throughout the process I have been advised as to the wisest financial moves regarding fighting over assets. Actually, the Judge admonished her attorney regarding fighting over “trivial assets.” Regardless of the outcome of my case, I would feel quite comfortable recommending George as a top quality attorney

After searching my area for a lawyer to not 1 single returned call I reached out to the internet for help and found Fisk & Monteleone . I was in a car accident and hired one lawyer who took on the case just to sit and wait around for 5-6 months to find out they dropped the case and never informed me. After that I found Fisk and Monteleone and couldn’t be happier. They really cared about me and my case and great fully got me back more than I even expected. They make sure to keep you informed with where there at with your case and if you need to call with any questions or concerns they make sure to answer and give you any information they have for you. Fingers crossed I’m not in an accident again but if it does happen again they’ll be my first call.

This is my stbx's lawyer and when I tried to find attorneys to represent me. When they found out he was the opposing lawyer they declined. THREE local lawyers stated he pulls fast ones, he did. My lawyer had to get a judge to validate what he ruled cuz this guy didn't process it correctly or was trying to pull one! Just one example of many... Furthermore my opinion as well as observers think he is unethical. Plays dirty. ANOTHER attorney said, "an attorney is suppose to keep emotions out of a case and he doesn't." He talks fast is hyper and could care less about anything but getting his $$$$ From being on the receiving end I can attest he's been non professional on few occasions . Had to get attorney from out of town. Which eventually I parted ways. They wanted this cases over didn't like my county or hampilos. Stated disparaging comments. And was going to report him to the bar. ( but just is futile) Let me tell you he's dragging out the divorce at who's expense???? He doesn't care. Taking advantage of a unstable mans emotions. I'm disabled with multiple devastating conditions. And abusing me in this process. DISABILITIES ACT told me i have rights, in COURT. And this lawyer is grossly going against rules of conduct stated by my last lawyer. Furthermore my divorce in boone county; I seriously suspect bias from judge Young based on the disparaging untruthful aligations about me Hampilose claimed and gets AWAY with . Wonder why.... If your looking for a war and have the money, this is your guy. But if you want a amicable divorce like I was preparing for, four years. Not your guy. All this said. To think I saved him from malpractice from my stbx standpoint. Over a court orders ..... He's writing is sloppy and he's Got zero compassion . And has hyper temper. Very nonprofessional if you ask me. I say this with deep regret. But I can maybe protect others from also being victims to this man's license to destroy lives and not stand by his fiduciary duty! We as a society need to encourage ethical humanitarian behaviours towards one another. I now have a attorney with honor and integrity. James Teeter And even if he can't finish my case because Hampilos is milking every drop out of a broke disabled womans credid cards. who can never work and is on ssi. Nor repay. Im glad I met ATTORNEY James Teeter, he's a man with a good heart and ethics! Divorce is very stressful, find a calm but efficient lawyer. Ty
