The worst experience possible. I lost my case, that’s not the point. These people are incompetent. From the unprofessional nonsense at reception, straight to the top. No compassion, no time for the clients, the clients have to do their own legwork, and no thought, or care when things go bad. Save face, Blame the client. The worst kind of outfit. Frauds. Seek elsewhere Rockfordians. You have been warned, Rockford.
