Good luck, she used to be good, now its only about the money. No communication with Erin you even have to schedule an apt to get a phone call. Then you hire her and her assistant represents you. Then demanded a bill be paid right now which was big, even though we had made an agreement she threw out the window, so ok we will pay you just not today, she withdrew and filed a judgement. We were already looking for someone else anyway. Much better out there, if you like to burn your money and no communication or follow through this is the place to go.

Erin Walsh not only has been in direct contact right away with any of my families court needs , she is kind and professional. As someone going through the GAL process with a different attorney I would advise people to understand it is in the best interest of the child. Stop blaming others for poor parenting or behavior. Time to review your parenting rather than the appointed GAL that you don’t agree with.

I thought Attorney walsh was competent and professional. But after dealing with her for 2 years now, I wouldnt recommend her to my worst enemy. There's literally no communication unless it's about money, and the best interest of the child is not her driving factor.

Erin was appointed as the replacement GAL. She replaces another GAL that felt she could be in legal trouble for how she handled the case and yet Erin handled it just as poorly. This woman has no ability to see psychological issues nor real over falsified domestic violence. I allowed my ex to file divorce by a Pastors suggestion which then allowed my wife of 18 years get away with her "acclaimed" domestic violence. Not once in 25 years we were together was their a claim, nor a police report and ironically claiming domestic violence was the ONLY way for her to get relocation to another state which was her PRIMARY objective. Then if that isn't enough my ex re-married within 5 months since she received zero alimony but apparently that wasn't clear enough for Erin. No matter what EVIDENCE I have Erin CHOOSES to think domestic violence occurred. My ex has been playing her like a fiddle and getting exactly what she wants which was to keep me from my children. My ex has to keep my children from me to protect the lie she now has to live with for the rest of her life. But to further validate how horrible Erin is as an appointed GAL she gathered a report that was submitted to the judge that started out stating how I was dating a woman and this woman was going to break it off with me and I just couldn't handle it so I drove this woman to the desert to kill her. Apparently during the drive to the desert to kill this woman she jumped from a moving car and thankfully someone was walking their dog (apparently in the desert) and rescued this woman. And somehow this woman recovered her phone and called the police but decided not to press charges against me. And the most comical thing about this is that this "woman" decided not to press charges against me but for some odd reason hunted down my ex wife from 8 years prior and now lives 2,000 miles from me to tell her this story?? This "story" listed by beloved attorney Erin has-1. No date this took place, 2. No names of anyone, 3. No police report, 4. No description of my car, 5. Not a listing of where I was driving this poor woman to her death. It is literally insane she lists this event as factual to a judge when she had not one shred of evidence this ever existed. Do you think a police officer would give this woman the option of filing charges against me if I was going to KILL her??! And yet Erin chooses to exclude from this report all the evidence we had supporting my case that my ex wife has been alienating me from. my children for 8 years. My ex has made accusations stating there is a DCFS investigation against me just to keep my kids from me and yet never had to support her allegation. I have proof that is a lie. I have proof this woman told DCFS after we separated that there was NEVER any domestic violence in our relationship and yet beloved Erin puts stories like the above in my report to the judge when I have been fighting for my parental rights to see my children??? And this woman claims in the report she discussed this accusation with me and I denied it ever happened. She NEVER spoke to me about the above. That is a blatant LIE. This woman has further damaged my relationship with my children. I have been actively fighting for my children for 8 years and spent over $250k fighting for my kids. They have been and continue to be psychologically damaged by their mother and maybe if she was intelligent and trained to see parental alienation she would see what is truly going on. I have been trying to protect my children from the psychological damage of their mother and sadly Erin fell trap to her lies and manipulation with ZERO EVIDENCE OR SUPPORT. She should really understand alienation and the Munchausan by Proxy. I realize there are truly woman abused by their partner and that needs to be properly addressed. Sadly many woman, this one included, used the system to make false allegations to get what they want and it worked-well.
