I'm from out of town and the day I had to be in court is the day I called, they made it a point to to be there and help me. Mr Jason Tempin Very knowledgeable of the law and did a great job to help me win my case.

When we were searching for a lawyer to help our Son on his 3rd (drug related) DUI I called this office because of all the positive google reviews. I was sold just speaking to James Tempin on the phone... it just felt like the right representation. After hiring them it was obvious why they receive so many positive reviews! My sons case was unfortunate and seemed very hopeless. I won't share the details but I will say the results were swift and truly miraculous! Long story short charge was severely reduced, he saved his life, license and helped put him on a path to sobriety. This was a blessing in disguise. We are forever grateful for the talent and aggressive fight on my sons behalf Jonathan James is a Rock Star! I hope to never have another need but if I did this is the only number I would call! Set up a consultation to talk with Johnathan, I waited until 12pm on Monday as set up by his receptionist to do so. Never recieved a call from him. So when I went in the next morning hoping to meet with him. I seen Johnathan sitting at the desk next to his receptionist. I introduced myself to his receptionist while Johnathan was sitting right there as well. I was never even acknowledged by him at all. And he was even aware that he'd be speaking with me after setting up that Monday phone call consultation. Was referred to him by another attorney, which I'm sure he was made aware of by that attorney. Instead when he finally noticed me standing there, he got up and passed me off to another attorney in his office to handle my situation. I was very unpleased about this. That whole situation threw off the whole entire mood, and made me very uncomfortable just being there. After I left, I left there with zero confidence that this office wouldn't have been able to help me with my situation. Very unpleasant experience with this Law Office.

5 Stars for best effort for the best sentence Had purchase his service for $500 flat fee. You can either get a non-moving violation or a reasonable shorten court supervision with a Improper Left Turn Violation via accident. Results may varies. I can't blame the heavy promise on the first because the system is a bit water down. Since you can get 2 court supervision per year, if you have a job that doesn't like moving violation conviction and that waiting a year on 1 year of court supervision get you freaking out, you are more likely to want someone like Jason to work with you. Looking forward finishing my 5 months court supervision The case was a pain in a butt and bittersweet. The sentence feels sore but having 5 months court supervision is as close as you can get without a conviction or a 1 year court supervision. Jason was able to work out a deal to let bygone be bygone so to speak. Please note that if you want Jason to have a better understanding of the case. You have to tell him everything. I mean everything even if the paper said that Unit 2 have people listed. I can't blame Jason too much on overlooking this. But, it wouldn't have made much difference on this traffic case any way. I felt that there were bit of shadiness going on in court as I have anticipate this by letting Jason know. However, I feel that the Winnabago court should have more sense about bias witnesses in a way that anybody can show up and claim that they are "involve in an accident". You only need 1 driver and 1 IF they are verified to be a third party but nobody else. Fair warning! Court listen to bias witnesses unfortunately. So, unless the governor passes some magic law that makes certain traffic situation more balance. This is a lame broken system rewarding bad people for free money. I'll work on being more legal defensive for future accident. Jason, if you are reading this, I wonder what your thought on a clown paradox when explaining the matter of bias let alone overriding the premise of republic to favor the dark side of democracy or the mob rule. If 100 clowns ride the clown car and get into an accident or "saw" a crime committed, should all 100 clown testify against 1 man that is driving a vehicle? If I am not mistaken, this was argued in California Supreme Court on the case of where coach bus filled with people have witness an altercation. Alas, this can't be argue in Illinois unless Illinois Supreme Court faced the same dilemma.

Jason did well representing me , when I originally had another lawyer in the firm first . He picked the case up and handled very professional always kept in contact .

Worst attorney I have ever known does not know his clients and does not care about the case hired him for a very serious drug case he does not pay attention to the evidence or nothing all he wants is your money I went in for a meeting with him he never once known who I was and didn’t know my name I fired him instantly cause there’s no way you gonna defend me and you don’t know me plus he’s trying to play me out of my money cause I gave him 98% of the cash he charged me for the cause so now I have to go over his head and show him you will never play me or charge me for work you have not done.. so in other words I’m saying is never hire him for nothing serious but traffic cause if you do he will try and sell you out to the state check my review of him on avoo this lawyer is a clown of a attorney he needs to be in a circus....

I hired him for a drug case that is very serious to me and I regret that cause he has no knowledge of that Particular field and he doesn’t even take the time to even know who his clients is I went in for a meet with him 11/2019 and he didn’t even know my name or who I was so I fired him immediately now he’s trying to keep majority of my money like he worked on my case he has not done anything so if you want a good lawyer is best to go elsewhere cause he is now the right one for serious matters cause he does not pay attention to nothing but what payments you make if I could give him 0 stars I would but I can’t so if you go to him he would more then likely try and sell you out to the state’s attorney on the low
