Today I had a consultation with Maxim. I usually don’t write reviews, but I just have to write, as this person really deserves only good recommendations. Frankly, for several years in the USA I talked with many lawyers, and rarely met someone who did not cause an unpleasant feeling. And as specialists, they do not cost anything at all, all their work is how to deceive a person who has recently arrived or is inexperienced in elementary issues of jurisprudence. About Maxim, I got the impression as a really professional, decent and cultured person. He helped me and I am grateful to him. Thank you, there would be more such well-mannered people. I have witnessed the complete absence of action from Wypych for the past few years concerning my brothers children. She has collected in excess of $70,000 with absolutely no concern for the well being of the children in this case. She is afraid to make the correct decisions for fear of having any accountability placed upon her. Now she has a collection agency after my brother for a few thousand dollars. Clearly her only concern is monetary compensation not the well being of the children. During these past years I have witness the total alienation of the children from their father while Wypych did nothing to stop this action. Having two children of my own I understand the importance of a strong loving relationship with ones children. For a GAL to allow this to happen to my brother is unconscionable. I would definitely NOT recommend Ms. Wypych to be your GAL.
