When my small business failed, I needed an attorney to help me through the bankruptcy process. While I know people who went to large specialty firms, I decided to go with Jim Magee, and it was the best decision I could've made. Not only did I get a lawyer with the knowledge and wisdom to maneuver my case, but someone who genuinely cared about the outcome. I knew Jim was giving me fair and honest advice, and that he knew me as a person--not just a case number. While I hired Jim for help with my bankruptcy, I will retain him (and his associates) for all our legal needs.

Working with James and his team was a very pleasant experience. He took his time hearing my story, worked with me/my budget so I could afford for their service, went over all the documents two or three times to make sure everything was taken care of and accurate. Super friendly team and their communication is incredible. I always received a reply to my e-mail same day as well as phone call. It was absolutely smooth and non-stressful to work with this team and I would recommend my friends/family them.
