I was in a car accident and needed legal representation. I called one Friday afternoon and spoke with a very nice customer support representative who took all my information. This was about a 15 minute call. I asked for a quick response and was told everyone was gone for the weekend, but someone should call back by the following Wednesday. It has been over four weeks now and I have not heard back. I guess my case was not worth their time, but it would have been nice to receive a courtesy call back telling me they weren't interested. I've moved on.

I would definitely use them again should anything every happen. Craig and Sarah made me feel comfortable, informed and made sure that I understood everything throughout the entire process. I couldn't recommend them enough. The case they inherited was made a mess by prior attorneys at different firms. The case went on for almost three years. They took a case they didn't have to and resolved it in months. It was done with communication, grace, efficiency and total professionalism. They were the firm I was looking for. I'm grateful for not only the outcome, but also the way the handled a situation they didn't ask for. I couldn't give a higher recommendation after having less than stellar experiences at other firms. Ain't a bad place. Very calm law firm and the lawyer that helped in a family case was quite nice. Used to be a bank and the vault is pretty cool lookin'.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
This whole office is lovely, especially Michael.
My case was settled in a timely manner with my feelings/mental health being taken seriously. I never felt like I was “just a case” that they had to settle or that I was just part of their every day job.
Definitely a great, professional, and amazing group of people at Meyers & Flowers.
