Life is a funny thing and you never know when you will be thrown into something you literally know nothing about. That is exactly what happened to my family and I in the spring of 2017. On the referral of a friend I reached out to Meyers and Flowers to see what my options were. Not only did they offer their condolences, they let me know someone in the firm would be reaching out to me to help. In my mind that would be a least a few days. Not with Meyers and Flowers, an hour later Craig Brown called me from his personal phone, as he was out of town. He didn't rush me, he listened, patiently answered all my questions and we made an appointment a few days out to meet in the office. On the day of the appointment I met with Craig and Jonathan Mincieli to go over my concerns, thoughts and a lot of tears. They were both wonderful and fully answered/explained everything to me. Over the course of the two years they all worked diligently to investigate, find evidence and build a case to find justice for my sister and to hopefully prevent another tragedy in the future. Jon made sure I was always informed of the progress and what stage we were in on the case. The case was closed a few months back and I am sure with most law firms you don't hear much from them. Jon has called and emailed several times to make sure our family is doing well. To work with a law firm that works hard on your behalf, that listens and answers your many questions with patience and understanding, then goes above and beyond to check in after everything is finished, that is something I feel makes Meyers and Flowers stand out and above the rest in their field.
