Terrible experience dealing with this firm. Many better and customer centric firms available to choose from - I recommend avoid doing business with this firm at any cost. If you do, you’ll regret your decision, later! Replying to their Response: They didn't work "diligently", they didn't get their act together for 3 weeks and asking next step update is considered as "expediting". Discussing facts and holding them accountable is considered as "unreasonable demands". Vague responses and again countering with facts is "baseless accusations". No work performed from their end and asking for refund is considered as "unfairly demand". "Appropriate amount" was lot less than even half of what was paid to them initially. Anyways, if you do decide to work with this firm - you'll regret your decision!

The Spousal Green card process is very challenging, confusing, and stressful even for people that are verse in law and technicalities.
