Definitely, recommend Jae Francis and the team here! Jae walked us through every step and guided us at every turn on our immigration case. He took time for every question and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout this process. Couldn’t imagine doing this without their help.

Listen to the 1 star reviews. Jae is very incompetent. From the start everything was great, but he doesn't know immigration at all, not even the 90 day rule (he's still living in the past with old laws). You're better off researching yourself how to do things. Not going into details to jeopardize my case, but DO NOT listen to any advice that may put you in an awkward financial position. I didn't want to leave a 1 star review but you brought it on yourself. He said to call after a major decision and basically that he wouldn't work with us until then. Multiple calls over three weeks and zero calls back; not even a receptionist. If you want a responsive and knowledgeable attorney look elsewhere.

Attorney Jae is very knowledgeable and very patient in answering questions. He helped my wife and I in my green card application. He and his office were in constant touch with us and they even made sure and tried all options to get my EAD approved before my H1B expired so that I dont have to be without job. They explained us all scenarios and best options. The paperwork was outstanding and even the usics officer praised us. Attorney Jae and all his staff are very friendly and will always find best solutions. Me and my wife , we highly recommend Attorney Jae and his staff.

I wanna start off by saying I got fooled by the reviews on here… I have been calling this place for almost 3 months every time I called I had to explain my self that I’ve been calling & told I will get a phone call back… we’ll months later I finally got frustrated & messaged them that I will be leaving a review on here so Clair finally messaged back saying “ We are very sorry for the delays as we had two office relocations.” Which make no sense when you can easily call your client back… so if you have immigration problems I wouldn’t contact this office because who knows you might get deported by the time they get back to you..

We used Francis Law services to help with my wife's naturalization process. We were very well taken care of by Jae, who walked us through the entire process. Communication and data collection was very efficiently done and we appreciated all the personal attention we received. It really look out the stress out of the entire process. His prep processes were very helpful and thanks to him we flew through the entire processes with any issues. I highly recommend this place!
