I would highly recommend Hannah McKinney Kingrey to anyone as their attorney. Hannah is very professional, knowledgeable and caring. She guided me through my divorce process and answered all of my questions. She went above and beyond my expectations. I am truly grateful for her effort and dedication to my case.

I contacted them in regards to a divorce. I was told I would get a flat rate cost and it wouldn't go up for any reason and then after paying $150.00 for a consultation was told an uncontested divorce would be $5500 and if it would be contested for one reason it would go up to $7500 and two reasons would be over $13000. They are not a flat rate divorce at all. They completely lied and I gave away $150 for nothing. Extremely disappointed.

This place completely took our money and did nothing for us. They are expensive and don't even know what they are doing. We ended up finding out from another lawyer with 20 years experience, that they had no reason to even help us because they were not even allowed to file in the county we needed the paperwork filed. They probably had no idea what they were doing because they just started in 2018. We needed that money and they just took it from us and did absolutely nothing.

While I have no issue with anyone in particular (I didn’t get that far ) BUT if you’re a stay at home mother or father being rear ended in a divorce THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU!! I am a stay at home father and I told Sterling up front to please not waste my time if I have to put a large fee up front. What did they do? Exactly that!!! PRICE— $4500 then $8000 then $12000. This is what you will pay for representation for a divorce. Their so called “fixed fees”. I record all my conversations as well. 😉 you should too! The so called fixed fees — are a 3 time charge - $4500 plus - then something like $8000 plus then $12000 !!!!!! Who uses this fitm , Jeff Bezos??? Who has that kind of money for a simple divorce that’s mostly agreed upon? Then when you say you can’t do that money- the rep I dealt with then said to represent myself for the first half and then she can come in the second half! What??? I was also told I can get help filling out a financial form for only a small price of $350 per hour 😂… This tells me a lot - This firm is robotic in the sense of get the money from people at any cost! I have wasted time waiting for them only to be treated like an a—-hole!! Then I get a few apology emails - 25000 for their services??? I feel bad - I feel sick to my stomach when I heard the prices after an hour on the phone - Sterling should tell people upfront what their outrageous billing prices are! Fixed fees my … A lawyer is the one job where you pay up front even if they do a good job or bad - you won’t get a dime back. It’s a ripoff. Especially when u have to pay for an enail as well. Poor stay at home mothers are doomed - Illinois has great laws when it comes to this but who the hell can afford these cut throat prices - Anyway so yeah these are their prices - I’d run away from this firm fast!!!!
