Terrible experience

We have been working with Tim for years and are extremely satisfied with the service and knowledge brought to the table.

There are not enough superlatives to describe Tim Hughes, so let me give you the facts. He settled my $78,000 tax debt to the IRS for $1500. To break it down, my debt was settled for 2% of what was owed. Unbelievable but true. This was ten years' worth of taxes that just would not go away until I handed the matter over to him. Prior to hearing of Tim, I had contacted other attorneys, who said nothing could be done; fortunately, a friend had used Tim on a tax matter and advised me to contact him. Tim settled my tax situation in a matter of several months, and during that time, the IRS never contacted me, to my great relief. Further, I was not nickled and dimed for his services. The Lawyer I got didn't seem all that interested in actually getting my first time offense lowered. Especially when I see much worse offenders getting off with much less punishment. Afterward he did not go over the punishment with me and what it meant, or that the punishment he "won" for me over the increased court fines & costs came with more fines on top of that. After he rushed out I figured it out myself and had to reach out to the Sheriff's Dept. Go for a more Senior firm chances are they will carry more weight in these local courts.
