The attorney review process for my condo purchase was disorganized and stressful. I’m capable of reading legal language; I was continuously finding mistakes in documents sent to me for approval. Ex. Incorrect usage of “buyer” vs. “seller” in a critical clause (if not caught) would have given me no recourse if the sellers caused damage to the condo during a rent-back (a period during which the seller lives at the Property after closing). Even after closing, I found mistakes in a clause that became important during the rent-back.
