After a buyer backed out of a real estate transaction, Erica immediately jumped on the phone with me, reviewed the transaction documents, and stepped in to resolve the disagreement over the earnest money with a very direct and succinct letter. Very Costumer friendly and professional, same the employees. Made on short notice an appointment possible. At arrival everything was prepared. Very reasonable priced. Parking is tricky, please call the office beforehand, they tell you what spot to use.
