Prompt, fair, attentive, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable. My only complaint (if you can call it that) is they use BitPay instead of BTCPay Server, and lightning. I think I can live with that for now...

I worked with Michael Raff on international tax filings. He made sure I had all the correct documentation completed for prior years resulting in a successful resolution. Michael was very knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions. I appreciate having the ability to work with a firm that understands international taxes and who is willing to work with the little 'guy' as many others I reached out to didn't even respond.
