I am very happy with Matt Fakhoury's services. I really needed to get an expungement in order to make crucial career moves. Matt gave me the advice that I needed and help to pave my way to a new start. It doesn't matter who you are, or what you did in the past. Give yourself another chance, call Matt, and i'm sure he will give you the help you need.

I just can not say how happy that I came across Matt Fakhoury. After a couple failed attempts to get a record expunged for almost 10 years, I somewhat gave up hope. When I came across his website and spoke with Mr. Fakhoury I knew I wanted to take this risk. He was prompt, professional and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Just today my petition was granted and I can finally put what happened almost 10 years ago behind me once and for all. With Matt you're getting an attorney who will not only give you top notch service but you will also be getting someone who genuinely cares about your case. I hope I don't get into anymore legal trouble in the future but if I do, I have his law office's number on speed dial just in case.

I searched to find a law firm in the Chicago area for expunging several arrests from 15+ years ago. When I talked with Mr. Fakhoury's staff for the first time I felt I chose the best law firm for my expungements and although I live out of state, and had never met his staff, I know I made the right choice. They walked me through everything over the phone and e-mails. Mr. Fakhoury and staff made sure that my expungement needs were expedited and always kept in touch albeit in another state making sure all paper work was correctly filed and processed. Spot on ! Am very satisfied with the results from the Law firm of Fakhoury and recommend him and his firm to anyone needing expugement services.

After doing some research on a variety of expungement attorneys I decided to contact the office of Matt Fakhoury. It was evident immediately that he was well versed and experienced in this aspect of law. He was professional, polite, and very quick to return any call....within minutes. My cases were handled quickly and efficiently with any status updates or information communicated immediately. Very well priced for the service received and the value added to my life. Mr Wolkowitz clarified all my questions and he is very knowledgeable in his area. He explained me about the what can be done within the boundaries of the law and was satisfied with his answers.

I wouldn't deal with this attorneys office. A douche bag answered the phone and I tried to explain my situation as far as being out of state,and being served for child support documentation. The guy that answered the phone did not give me his name and started asking questions. He then told me that a free consultation wouldn't do me any good because it's a formula for child support. I proceeded to ask additional questions and the guy raised his voice saying it's a Blanking formula. So I hung up and here I am now writing this post. I would not use this company's services nor would I recommend them to anybody. I hope this attorneys office goes belly up.******* update to this review***** the owner to this establishment has private messaged me on yelp and told me I'm being untruthful in my post. So please see exhibit A on yelp I have attached a 2 minute call to his number from my call history. If this didn't happen why do I still have it in my call logs, and why did my consultation only last 2 minutes which was rounded up to the next minute by my cell provider. The call was probably a little over a minute because he was so rude, and he's continuing to private message me about this.

We were struggling to find a lawyer in a difficult time while other lawyers didn't seem to care and wanted to take advantage of us. Matt helped us through every step, was always on time and extremely professional with his work, not only that but he would take the time to interact with us when we needed him. The case took about 2 years, because of the severity of the situation, from start to finish Matt was there for us and was always frank with us regardless of the outcome. If you need a lawyer call someone else but if you need an excellent lawyer that will be there for you, Matt Fakhoury is the best choice.
