They only take easy cases wouldn't take my lung disease case against my past employer. Said because of time frame but how can u put a time frame on finding out u have a lung disease and thats the only place i would have accumulated it. Yea big name for big dummies

I went to kanoski and Bresney for a workman's comp claim for my teeth. I was assigned a lawyer named Roby Janorovik. He was amazing. He had the same vision on what I thought I should get and he stuck with it. He never tried to persuade me to take a settlement and he gave me his opinions at every turn and he was just genuinely a smart good person. Now I have my settlement and I am 100% satisfied with what I got and in the amount of time I got it. So if you got a good claim hire kanoski and bresney. They will get ya together. And I would ask to be represent by Roby but overall they are a good group of good and aggressive lawyers. Give them a call.
