I used Lauren for a house purchase that fell through, but that was uneventful, very little work due to a bad inspection. I called several times to hire her for an estate issue and never received a call back, even after talking to her associate who told me they would be glad to help me out. I don't mind being told that they aren't taking more clients, but to just blow someone off like that is unprofessional.

I asked Lauren Jackson to assist me with closing out an estate after I was asked to be executor. Although I had little prior knowledge in this area, Attorney Jackson has guided me through a sometimes intimidating process. She is always quick to respond to a an email when questions arise and shows skill and confidence meeting face to face. I would recommend her to anyone needing an estate or closing attorney.

I have practiced law in Chicago for 32 years for a prominent law firm. When needing counsel in St. Charles for my own real estate transaction, I turned to Lauren. Everything was handled flawlessly. But one thing stood out. At one point, when I was out of town, I needed to deliver money to my homeowners' association so that closing could occur. Without even asking, Lauren's assistant drove to my subdivision in order to deliver the money. That's just not customary, but it was first-rate customer service!
