I used Lauren's services for a real estate closing and was highly impressed by her legal knowledge, positive attitude and expertise. Before the closing she responded to emails and phone calls promptly, addressing all my questions and concerns (such as the legality of signing documents digitally). At the closing she went through every document, calmly translating legal mumbo-jumbo into plain English. For those selling property in the northwest suburbs note that her web site has helpful information about real estate transfer stamps under both the "resources" and "blog" tabs. Lauren goes above and beyond for her clients. I'd like to give her a 6 star review but unfortunately Google imposes a limit of 5.

Lauren and her paralegal, Kelsey, did a great job of keeping things on track as we progressed from contract thru the process to closing, the latter event well facilitated by Lauren providing clarification as needed for an uneventful closing.

Lauren is very knowledgeable of Illinois law and helped my wife and I complete a Living Trust and all necessary documents to meet our wishes properly. Lauren made herself available in a timely basis and spent the time we needed in understanding the legal documents. She is a real professional and would highly recommend Lauren and her company.

Great Service for my personal and business needs.

Lauren's services were subpar for the price. I felt like as a first time home buyer, I was not given great explanation s on the process, and basically googled to whole process myself for free. Every time I called the office, I never got a return call. Emails were sparce and only wanted vital information. There was quite a bit of information I didn't know about the closing process until the very last day, and felt she should've reached out to me about and didn't. Lauren seems like a really nice person, but as a lawyer I feel like she fell a little short. She got the job done, but felt like I paid too much for the services I received. I even inquired about the military/police discount she offers on her website, and got no response about it. If you are looking to pay top dollar, find someone else who will work top dollar.

Lauren established Trust Documents for myself and did so with the utmost professionalism and thoroughness. She explained each section precisely so that I would have a clear understanding of the many documents involved and included in the Trust.
