Very professional and friendly with excellent results

My experience with the Lasik procedure was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! My vision has never been better, I can see things very clearly, probably a little better than I did with my glasses. It’s so different but in a GOOD way and I appreciate the doctors who were getting me through the whole thing.

I can’t even express how awesome this was. First the people were so nice and very welcoming. They made you feel comfortable. They walked you thru every step of the process. I had friends who said you’re gonna say you should have did this 20 years ago and boy were they right. I would do it again. It was a very fast procedure with not a lot down time actually the next day felt great. Thank you again to the LASIK team

After seeing all the good reviews I was excited to visit them and finally see clearly without contacts. Unfortunately my visit left a sour taste in my mouth. Everyone I met there was really nice, but I can't say the same for the doc. Idk if he was having a bad day or what, but I came to a professional for help with my eyes. I did not expect him to be condescending and blunt. I was honestly shocked. He had 0 empathy. It's as if I didn't come here because my eyes were bad... At some point he flipped the lenses to something blurry saying this will be ur eyes after the surgery, which made no sense. Dude was straight lying to get me out, which he followed up saying sorry the technology doesn't exist yet for you. I've never been treated so poorly by an optometrist in the 10+ years of wearing contacts. I've always had great interactions with every optometrist I've seen. They were always very cordial, welcoming, warm. Which was why I was shocked by my treatment at this place. He might be highly experienced in the industry, but he lacks the soft skills and professionalism required for such an industry.

Such an easy and impactful experience! Highly recommend...if you've been waiting to get your vision corrected - just do it! You won't regret it!

Amazing experience from start to finish ! Staff is wonderful !

From the consultation confirmation call to the post-op eye exam this staff made the process seamless. Once at the Lasik vision institute the patient service was smooth. They explained the process on what makes a good candidate for Lasik. Quick scheduling for Lasik surgery and a folder is supplied with all pertinent information regarding preparation for day-of surgery. Once I arrived for my eye surgery the staff was very comforting. The surgery itself lasted under 10 minutes during that the staff explained step-by-step of what they were doing. The best part was being able to see immediately, although foggy, but after my nap and proper care My vision was clear. Highly recommended location! (Typing this the day after surgery!)
