As nervous as I was, LVI was accommodating and compassionate through taking the time to explain in detail the process. This is a great institute. From the nurses to the surgeon everybody was great and heart warming. Especially the cute nurse:) If you have been thinking about lasik you should definitely give them a try. It also comes with a lifetime gaurantee. Super quick service, I went in for a consultation through my work and was given an opportunity to have the procedure done the same day.

I’m so glad I chose and trusted The LASIK Vision Institute! I had a really great experience overall. I am now 2 weeks post surgery and my vision and eyes are doing great. It truly does just keep getting better each day. My eyes have never felt healthier after having worn contacts for over 30 years. The staff and Doctors were amazing and did a fantastic job. I had a wonderful experience. Everyone was so helpful and nice. The procedure was quick and painless. The doctors explained everything during the procedure from start to finish so there were no surprises. The staff is amazing!! Pre and post surgery they make sure you are well taken care of. :)

It was a great experience. It's been over a week post-op and my vision beyond what I thought was possible. Everyone was kind and patient. Be prepared for a fairly difficult healing process right after the surgery. Those first 6-8 hours will be tough but it is 100% worth it.

Donna is amazing. My first appointment was so awkward once the doctor walked in he barely said about a handful of words I asked him plenty of times if after the surgery “was I going to be able to to see perfectly out of both eyes” he said yes. So I did want to get the surgery I’ve been wearing glasses all my life. So I was excited, the day of surgery went by so fast. I was in and out which is good but I felt like they could walk people down who don’t have anyone with them. My husband and child were in the car waiting for me the day of surgery. Then came the follow up appointment, I still couldn’t see good out of my left eye ! Supper blurry, I asked the receptionist and Donna if that’s normal they said yes. Then I was with the doctor and he said “remember I told you, you weren’t going to be able to see out of the left eye 100% because how bad your eye vision was” I just started at my husband baffled. I was sad I wouldn’t of ever gotten the surgery if he told me that. He never told me that , my husband was with me both times I met with the doctor we were shook and didn’t know what to do. I wish I could undo the surgery. I recommend getting a second opinion elsewhere.

The team here is amazing. From the consultation to final exam everyone is nice, professional, patient and able to answer all questions directed at them. The procedure is quick and the Dr. walks you through it step by step.
