They are amazing!!!!! The manager Kim is the Phenomenal!!! The staff is so nice and they truly do care!!! I was so nervous, they were so patient and kind and talked me threw it. I could see as soon as I sat up after the procedure, I went from -8.5 to 20/20 in three days after surgery! My vision is only getting better!!! I recommend Kim, her staff & the doctor too everyone!!!!!! BEYOND HAPPY WITH MY RESULTS! Stop wasting your time and give them a call! You’ll wish you did sooner!!!

Absolutely blown away by the service. The whole process was quick and easy and the staff was helpful and uplifting. For the first time in 24 years I can see without aid.

Everyone here is friendly and easy to work with. They do several scans and tests on your eyes to get every angle. The procedure was pain free and easy. I’m only 24 hours out of surgery and can see perfectly and my eyes are pain free. I would highly recommend them to everyone!

I had researched this for many years before going through with it. I am glad I chose the Tinley park Location, the ladies running the building are awesome and helpful, everything was explained to me in detail from start to finish. I have been in glasses since 7th grade and now at 38 years old I can see great with 20/15 vision. This procedure is expensive, but you only get one set of eyes and it's worth every penny!

First off I must confess to the fact that I have been extremely selfish when it comes to reviews. I religiously read them in making calculated decisions, but I never make time to write them UNLESS they are to WARN people.😳 With that said....my experience with Lasik Vision Institute of Tinley park was out of this world! The staff truly exuded world class customer service from my initial calls (out of curiosity), all the way through and after my procedure. Can you imagine getting a call directly from the actual surgeon simply to address questions I had post-treatment? Yes Dr. Greenberg along with Dr. Brown followed up with me personally which speaks volumes in itself! As for the procedure itself. I cant believe how fast and painless it was. I may have been on the table for 5mins. When the doctor sat me up...I thought he was taking me to have the real procedure done. To my surprise I had gotten Lasik performed on both the of my eyes that quickly. It is unbelievable! As for my eyesight....I still feel like I am dreaming. I've worn glasses for nearsightedness since I was child. Here I am 42yrs old feeling like I have a new lease on life! My vision is an astounding 20/15 and not only that....the colors and how vivid things look is more astounding! Last but not least... the lovely Kim.😊 Kim single handedly helped me make my decision to have the procedure with no pressure. She then gave me payment options that I didnt even know existed.
