Everything went smooth as promised and now I can see and everyone there was great!

It was amazing !!!! Everyone is soooo nice and friendly. Very friendly and comforting in a pretty anxiety ridden time! they let me ask 50 questions and never once got frustrated! I would highly recommend this office and would come back anytime! Only one day and I already have 20/20 so this is amazing !!!

I’ve been wearing glasses since I was in the 4th grade, I didn’t think I would be able see without contacts or glasses, thanks to Doctor Greenberg, Doctor Brown and the staff at LASIK Vision Institute in Tinley Park for giving me my eyesight back! I don’t know why I waited to long! I will definitely be sending customers your way!

From Dr Brown to Dr Greenberg to the ladies in front everyone was kind and caring and professional! I will totally recommend this location to anyone thinking to getting lasik!

In November of 2019 I left a great review: Today is the day after and I can see really well already. I was - 750 in both eyes, I now can see everything without glasses. Everyone is so nice and helpful here. ...... UPDATE: I had the surgery in November or 2019. It is now July 30, 2020 and After 4 follow-up appointments my near sited vision is "OK" Meaning I can read and see the computer. I'm BLURRY after about 10 feet. I know it is difficult during COVID to respond to people, however, the follow-up has been nonexistent. I've waited on hold for more than 25 minutes on 2 occasions and I've left messages with no call backs. I'm tired and I just need some type of solution to not being able to see correctly. I'm frustrated and feel forgotten. They have my $2,700 and have basically left me to fend for myself. No one made me any promises regarding my vision; but I do feel they should try to help as best as possible to come up with some sort of solution (glasses or a "touch-up") especially 8 months after the surgery - NO ONE IN that office has shown they care about my well being or followed up with me. I have another appointment tomorrow....Hoping for the best. UPDATE: 8/28: After going back again and working closely with the Clinic Manager, Kim - I feel much better. I have decided not to get the touch up and get glasses. Note: My vision is so much better than what it was. I used to be a -750 and now I can see without glasses (near sighted) most of the time. I will need glasses for driving and distances. Kim has been extremely kind to me and worked with me to ensure I'm making the best decision after this surgery. Her follow-up has been great with me and I truly appreciate all her care and kindness.

Friendly staff everyone was nice made me feel comfortable during the whole procedure I can see much better definitely would recommend this place to friends and family

Nice people. Wait on consult was a little long due to scheduling conflicts. But they took care if me. LASIK was painless and the Doctor was very kind.

Amazing experience Dr. Greenberg and staff are extremely professional. I was feeling extremely nervous but surgery the whole team walk you step by step. Totally recommended!!!
