My experience with Kim and her team was awesome. Very professional and knowledgeable. I went in for an evaluation and was treated with patience and very step was explained. My only regret was waiting too long. I have been wearing glasses for 36 years. By trade I am a truck driver.My procedure was done on Friday Oct. 18th at 10:00AM. My company asked if I could drive Sunday Oct.20th at night to Michigan. Well, what a better test to see if the procedure and their commercials are true about returning to normal. My vision was clear and no issues at all. I was and still super satisfied with my outcome. So if you are contemplating this procedure, my only advise is do not wait as long as I did to have it done. Again Thank you Kim and to your team you guys are super awesome, thank you for improving the quality of my life. Eddie Espitia

From the minute I walked into the office for a consultation all the way to my post-op follow up appointments, each and every one working for this establishment was phenomenal. I was terrified to follow through with the procedure and they made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision. If you asked me would I do anything differently if given the chance, I would say I wish I had come sooner! Thank you so much for everything. I could not be more grateful for the experience, and ultimately the fact that I have amazing vision now! ! ! !

I loooooooovvveeed💕 everything about my experience. I was greeted well and everyone was ready for me to have this life changing experience. I was running late and they didn’t make me feel bad about it. They just carried on with the appointment as if nothing has happened. Everyone was so positive and uplifting. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. You won’t regret it!

I debated getting LASIK for years for various reasons (financial, fear, lack of urgency since my contacts were adequate). If this sounds like you, do not wait any longer- call THIS provider (Tinley Park location) for your free initial consultation and get the surgery done. You will not regret it. I am only a few days removed from surgery and my post-op exam the next day revealed that I now have 20/20 vision in each eye. Initial consultation- I met with Kim (Center Manager), Megan (nurse) who conducted a series of tests which were needed to assess my prescription and eligibility for LASIK, and Dr. Brown (the Optometrist) who conducted further testing and answered any questions I had. Everyone was great. I scheduled my surgery to take place a few days later. I opted against the the life time warranty and a newer more personalized procedure called Contoura. It was a personal preference that had no impact on the quality of treatment I would ultimately receive (still used the same equipment, still "bladeless" or laser technology). For some, the peace of mind may be worth the extra cost. Surgery day- I met with Dr. Brown who again was great- she double-checked the prescriptions. I then met the surgeon for the first time, Dr. Greenberg. He answered any questions I had and within minutes we were in the surgery room. Some numbing drops were placed in each eye and the surgery was done in less than 15 minutes. Be warned, there can be complications. For me, my left eye did not immediately "take" to the suction ring which is needed in order for the machine to create the flap (via laser) to access the cornea. Dr. Greenberg is a professional, he adjusted my head a few times, and after a few tries, it worked. His experience showed. I have redness in that eye that I am told will go away on its own within a few weeks. The actual vision correction for each eye followed (via laser reshaping the cornea), and that part went smoothly. I was in and out of LVI in one hour. Post-surgery- Doctor's orders are to go home and sleep for several hours because your eyes will burn and tear. They were right. My eyes started burning and tearing about 10 minutes into the ride home, I could not keep them open. I went home and slept and approximately four hours later, the burning and tearing was over. I noticed my vision had already improved from just hours earlier. By night, I was able to watch some television and my vision was even better. The next morning, I drove myself to LVI. They re-checked my vision and told me I had 20/20 vision in each eye. My eyes feel fine, I am taking artificial tears and the two prescribed eye medications as instructed. Overall, they were amazing and I am very grateful. SIDE NOTE- I went to another provider first for a free consultation and decided against that provider- why? I could not find any information online regarding the surgeon who would be performing the procedure. There was also no information online regarding the type of equipment used for the procedure. I was also told to expect to be at the location for approximately six hours on the date of surgery for reasons that did not make any sense to me. I just did not get a good feeling. I had the exact opposite feeling at LVI.

So just being honest and blunt it was great the staff is very welcoming the doctors answered all my questions (helped with the fear I had) I would recommend that anyone who is able to get this life changing services do it and go to the Tinley Park location you wont regret it
