These people are horrible human beings. They garnished my bank wages first last year. I spoke to the person in charge of my file which said that the lawyers have to work something out and that she would contact me back when they do. I kept calling back asking if the lawyers worked everything out yet. She said no but she will call when they do. Fast forward a couple of months they just garnished my bank wages again. Mind you I was waiting for them to contact me back like they said they would. They took everything from my bank, all my rent money, I don’t have a job right now and they took everything. I called them to discuss with them about if there was anything I can do to fix this. And they told me no there’s nothing and really it’s not their fault. The girls name was Nikki. I have never been treated like that in my entire life. I don’t think it’s legal for them to garnish wages without notifying or trying to contact us. I would have set up a payment plan but you guys took everything from me. Terrible horrible human beings do not deal with this firm. Disgusting human beings that don’t care about anyone but themselves and their pockets. Shame that a company like this exists. And shame on the laws to allows this to happen.

They are fantastic!!!!!!! never had an issue with them super nice and understanding. I understand they are a debt collector but we need to remember they didn't put us into the debt and they have a job todo. I hope to never be in this situation again however if so I hope they are the ones to be the company to work with.

the worse company ever !!!!!!!!! They are rude on the phone, they dont care. They take you to court to garnish your wages without you knowing it and you find out when your pay check comes. the most Heartless debt company on this planet. Never Never use them!!!!!!!

Idiocracy…I keep receiving correspondence for a person who hasn’t lived at this address since 2004. I keep sending it back to this firm.

I hate these people they are taking my income that I can barely live off of for something that I haven’t had in my possession in over 7yrs I have 3 kids and it’s hard trying to make ends meet but I sacrifice everything just to make sure they have their little payment from me I be glad when the whole process is over

Idiots refuse to settle for half when they buy the debt for a nickel on the dollar. Court date for January 23rd. Last laugh is on them when I go back to non garnishment 1099 and close my checking account and get a prepaid debit card. They could have settled for half and will not get anything.

Trash company

Very patient during a difficult time .

Absolutely horrible. Kept sending my monthly payments back to me and acting like I didn't have the money. So I'm like okay whatever, so we set my boyfriends account up with them so he can start paying it, nope kept getting sent back. Finally I send in a money order through the post office, over nighted it and supposedly it was delivered. I call the next day after it says it's been delivered and they say they don't have it. I am over it!!!

Will not negotiate with you. An would rather take you to court.
