I paid in full and I'm glad

I received letters in the mail saying I was being sued by other law firms, so I looked it up and saw indeed I was by this law firm. I called and spoke with Angela Adam’s- who was very unhelpful and rude. I asked to be emailed the summons so I’m able to respond. I said I would sign an affidavit saying I was served and email it back. Nope. I asked if I could make an apt to get the paperwork because I am never home. Nope. Not unless I set up a payment plan. Umm what? I have no idea what this is for… why would I do that without seeing any documentation?! This law firm seems to hope people will not show up to court in order to get a default judgment. Shame on them. If you are suing someone and they call and ask for information- give it to them. Why play these games?! So absurd and unprofessional. Yuck. People and companies like this give lawyers a bad name. Shame on them.

HORRIBLE COMPANY THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE YOU WITH NOTHING

Liars! My mom paid them over 8K and they send us a 1099 document saying that we only paid them 2K. Crooked Collectors.

Rude costumer service even for a debt collector. System says electronic payments bounce for insufficient funds even though there are ample funds in my account. With one bounced check you are punished by having to send in money order the next month. They weren't interested in hearing that it was impossible to have bounced E check. Said there's nothing they can do. You are at their mercy.
