If you call and talk to them even after being sued they are very helpful. They work with you to set up a payment plan and get your debt paid off. The people I have spoken to have been nothing but nice. I send money orders off to them. I think that's the only downfall I wish they took debit cards for payment online. That would make everything on my end so much easier. I just send my money orders and stay in touch with them and eventually in time they will be paid off. They also report payments to the credit bureau I saw that today on my credit report. That's an added bonus to see payments on your credit report being updated as you go. I would recommend them to anyone even if they are a collection agency. That would be my only complaint not having debit card payments online.

if i could rate this company a -100, i would. they are all rude and demanding. they will not call you or send you letters but will take you straight to court after a missed payment. they lie and say your wages are garnished when they aren't, they lie and say that they didn’t receive your checks in the mail. they also lie and tell you that you can’t pay with a debit card unless it’s $200 or more. they won’t settle on the balance when you offer to pay in full. every person who works here is evil. SCUM OF THE EARTH.

Hard to work with , will say you had no funds will return your funds , will add court fees so your balance does not go down will freeze your bank accounts to fail will chase you for 3 years but won't allow you to pay it off . They are horrible

Scammers who take money from the wrong person/source.

Horrible people tell me I been recorded ..said the same thing back ..they make me sick reading what this people do.
