I had a very complicated case with a lot of moving parts, and a very difficult opponent, and Mike (and team) not only guided me every step of the way and counseled me on how to make the best decision for my situation, but also helped us get the results that were right for me and family. Everything that Mike told me would happen in court, was exactly what happened. I was never surprised, because Mike made sure I knew what to expect. I will be recommending Gauthier Family Law to anyone needing guidance with any family law situation and I will no doubt work with Mike again, if ever needed.

We were introduced to Brian Lohse thru a friend and I have to say that it was the best experience I’ve ever had with a real estate transaction. Brian was thorough and very knowledgeable and definitely working in our best interest. He helped us negotiate a large credit from the seller and protected us thru this crazy Covid world. 10 stars would be more appropriate a rating!!

My experience was fairly easy and stress free. They handled everything for me and they didn't charge me an arm and a leg for it either. All of my questions were answered and when I didn't understand something they patiently explained it all to me. Mr. Michael Gaithier is very friendly and easy to talk with. My only complaint is the delayed responses/communication to some of my calls and emails.

As a younger parent trying to navigate the world of family court alone, I was very nervous and scared, consults with several lawyers never left me feeling heard or reassured about where bringing our issues to court would take me, until I hired Mike. He absolutely went above and beyond for my case. He’s very transparent and gave me the tools I needed to make informed choices regarding our case. Not only was he thorough and brought up potential issues to address that I hadn’t even thought of, but he made sure that I understood the law myself. Any questions I had he would not only answer but provide resources and references for me to look at to get a full understanding. Mike has been very responsive throughout the entire process. I’ve heard of firms that will take your money and do the bare minimum, but Mike truly makes you feel like you’re his only client and a top priority. His office staff was also very responsive and helpful when he was unavailable. After hiring Mike I felt empowered and confident in where the case was heading. From start to finish it’s only been a few months and so much more stress free than if I tried to go into this alone. Brian Lohse's very thorough and clear, highly recommend. Sold house in August 2021. 1. Exacta survey company never corrected Title issue, Brian hustled and got it done. 2. House was damaged during closing and buyer was difficult. Brian protected us throughout the deal. Overall, he'll go above and beyond. Chicago is lucky to have such a lawyer.
