Dan and Steve are extremely professional and knowledgeable. I have used them on several different occasions and have always been more than happy with their services. If you need criminal legal counsel in Lake County you would be doing yourself a disservice to choose a law office other than McCollum and Hodgkinson!

I received a DUI and it was not my first. I knew I was in serious trouble. I reached out to a relative of mine that happens to be a lawyer but does not handle DUI's. The one and only recommendation she gave me was to call Dan Hodgkinson immediately. I reached out to two other lawyers that work primarily in the far west suburbs and both said if you're in trouble in Lake County call Dan Hodgkinson. I was looking at prison time and not months but probably years. When I met Dan for the first time my only request was to keep me out of jail. He was able to accomplish this and he also secured a settlement with the DA and the Judge that I could never have imagined. Dan does not fill you with false hope. He is extremely knowledgeable and has the respect of the DA's and Judges. I hope to avoid situations like this in the future but if circumstances dictate I will make one and only one call and that will be to Mr. Hodgkinson.
