Megan LaFata won my case, which was a surprise to me because it was not an easy one. I had thought about representing myself but am glad I didn't because she handled it so much better than I ever could have. She is level-headed and knows what "works" and what does not work. Communication with her and her staff was alway excellent and timely. Some lawyers like to raise their voice and try to belittle people in court, but Megan's courtroom manner is calm and professional. I imagine judges appreciate that kind of behavior in today's crazy world. I am updating this review, because Tom Elsner just represented me in a different case. Tom communicated with me on all aspects and gave me many choices on how to proceed. The case was handled professionally, in a timely manner, and once again, I won. I highly recommend this firm.
