I was explained all the different scenarios which none of them I liked but it was better for my attorney to take care of it, but when my attorney took care of it I was so very happy with the outcome, was not even any of the scenarios and she saved me some money. If you need an attorney call her I am still smiling about her work. If I was to rate on a scale she’s 10 plus and more than 5 ⭐️

Robert Lake represented me in real state purchase transaction. Always professional, knowledgeable and reachable. We had escrow set up after transaction closed due to agreement with seller for post-closing possession. There were issues with the seller about the escrow. Robert’s firm guided me through this process until this matter was settled. There were complications with seller call and demanding release of all the money to him. Robert’s firm held firm and followed all their legal obligations to me as their client and wouldn’t release money until i was paid for the damages that seller caused to the property. Unfortunately, seller as a retaliation left unfavorable review, even though attorney just followed his legal obligation to me.

This place is beyond a joke and about to get sued for more money than they have! Unprofessional and clueless are their specialties!~ Out of business will be there new chapter soon!!
