I had a wonderful experience with Mr. Brundage. He took his time speaking with me over the phone, and explained everything I needed to know and understand in great detail. He also made me feel like I wasn't a horrible person for making an honest mistake. Leading up to the court date, I was a little nervous about what the outcome would be. However, I never even had to go to the hearing. Mr. Brundage reached out to me on the day of court, and said that he went to the court early and vouched for with the judge assigned to my case on my behalf. He was able to move my violation to a simple moving violation with no license suspension, no points on my license and no traffic school. Just a standard fine. I highly recommend Mr. Brundage. He turned what could have been a really bad experience into something much better. He definitely knows his stuff!!! I would give him 100 stars if they didn't limit it to 5.

Being charged with a DUI is very aggravating and stressful, which is all I could think about last month. At the time the young DuPage cop who arrested me clearly had no drug recognition expertise in the first place. Luckily, in my traffic stop the body camera was able to capture everything I did right and everything the officer did incorrectly. Ultimately, Mr. Brundage was able to exploit this and secured me a not guilty verdict on the DUI . He did this through a bench trial with the judge and prosecutor both in agreement. He was also able to dismiss the speeding ticket and 12 month license suspension that was coming my way. I never lost my license. This was the best verdict I could ask for. I hope I do not need these services again. However, I would not hesitate if I did. Stephen Brundage is the man.
