Ignore this and move on. Even if they do magically, reply back, they sound scandalous and unfit for whatever task it may ever be.

Would not recommend John to anyone. He failed to do his job as a attorney and read title policy and inform me of a 1/3 acre pipeline easement that runs through the property my wife and I were purchasing. We didn't find out till closing. When asked what could be done about this. His response was "sign the paperwork or lose your $5,000 earnest money. I hired this man to take care of the legal aspects of purchasing a home and any red flags that would come up he should of informed me. His response to me also was Dakota your usually good with this kind of stuff if you had a problem you usually say something. He also wants to put the blame on our realtor for buying the survey for the seller. Pathetic, a complaint will be made with the ardc.

Aaron went above and beyond on our real estate transaction. We've used two other attorneys in the past who mailed it in. Aaron had to spend a lot of extra time on our recent purchase due to outside circumstances, did not complain about it and was helpful, personable and upbeat throughout a long sale and closing process. He is very knowledgable about real estate law. Aaron worked hard for us and has earned all of our future business.

Aaron helped me with the closing on a rental property that I had sold. I shouldn’t say that he helped me, because I didn’t have to do anything except sign a bunch of papers. He even went out of his way to hand deliver the check to me. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends or family. Excellent service to say the least.
