I had called this company for information on bankruptcy.The next thing I knew I was under contract. In under twenty four hours I canceled said contract And was told they were keeping the five hundred dollars that I Put down. Immediately reported it to my bank And they are under investigation for fraud and Scam. After reading the contract that I was not allowed to do before signing.A lot of red flags went up. Consumers beware

I spoke with someone regarding a phone consultation which I thought was free. When I initialed the paperwork I didn't realize that I agreed to pay a flat fee if I canceled the retainer...nor was it mentioned. How many times have we all signed things and not fully read them. Not to mention that the documents were on my phone and difficult to read as well as move within. I was told when I canceled the retainer that I would have to provide written documentation of the canceled retainer. So I did. They acted like it was not a problem and everything was fine until this month when my account was with two fees. DON'T GIVE THIS FIRM YOUR BANKING Information. Also, be EXTRA CAREFAL when SIGNING DOCUMENTS!!! Their flat fee if you cancel a retainer is $350.
