If I could leave a zero star review I would. The intake person was great but the actual attorney who took of the call was extremely rude. I was on hold for over 30 minutes to talk to him. Didn’t know my name, then when I was trying to ask him a question he was quick to cut me off and say i don’t need the back story get to the point. I was just trying to get the question out so he would understand. Do not recommend.

Too many reps called asking the same questions about a free consultation without looking an updating the system when the person have spoken to someone previously. And the fee is too much for a person that's on a fix monthly income.
