Rhonda Fisher was very helpful

Make sure you just don't go by these reviews. Google their reviews and you see the other part of this company they don't tell you about or want you to see. The phone staff you have to deal with are rude and incompetent. The so-called office manager is the worst. They will yell and scream at you and their favorite thing is to just hang up on you. They will claim they do a LIONSHARE of the work on the first day, which is bull, so that they don't have to refund you if your dissatisfied with their service. They don't call, follow up, or keep track of communications and paperwork. They try to legally steal your money at the worst possible time for a person as they are filing bankruptcy. Many other ways I have now found to file bankruptcy without having to experience leeches like these ppl. I'm sure they help some ppl, to keep up their front and if you do choose them I hope for your sake, you are one that chosen. They do not honor the contract you sign with them which I would read thoroughly. Worst company I have ever had to deal with and I pray that they go bankrupt and experience the pain and stress they have put on many ppl. They will lie threw their teeth and again when you prove them wrong and go through the contract with them and show them nt once but several times where the are in breach of the contract, they don't care because they just move on to the next victim. WORST EXPERIENCE AND WORST COMPANY EVER !!!

Joel is very sympathetic and understanding! Especially when I shared my situation regarding poverty, he met me with clarity and made me feel like everything‘s gonna be OK. Him as an individual I would request even to my closest friends as that type of attitude is so fresh and healthy! I’d call again, knowing that he’s Involved With what I’m doing.

-Just starting this journey and so far they have been very nice and easy to work with. And Joe Delgado- Intake Specialist was wonderful and everyone else I spoke to and the Attorney Paul treated me very nice.

After just talking, I was able to breath. Thank you so much
