We were hesitant about using a lawyer. We decided we would try, and went with Ken Nunn. Our family was very pleased with every person we worked with, they were pleasant, professional, and caring. Not at any time did we think we would get pushed aside for a bigger case. Our claim may have been small, but we were treated as if it was a very big important case. My case was a difficult case from the very beginning. Thank God we had Ken Nunn's Law Office on our side. In December of 2012, me and my wife was rear ended by a woman going 55 m.p.h. The accident totaled our brand new car and sent me and my wife to the hospital in an ambulance. As it turned out the woman that hit us didn't have insurance, so we had to turn to my insurance company to recover our medical costs, and compensation for our injuries. We have a full coverage policy, with medical costs included, along with uninsured and under-insured motorist protection, and comprehensive coverage. In spite of this coverage my insurance company low balled us from the very outset, especially on the compensation for our injuries portion of our claim. Ken Nunn and his lawyers stood firm in rejecting their low ball offers. In fact we ended up filing suit against my insurance company. After 2 years of negotiating, we were able to settle out of court for over 4x the insurance companies original offer---AFTER all medical costs and lawyers fees were paid! Had it not been for the diligent work of Ken Nunn and his staff of dedicated and qualified lawyers and assistants this settlement would not have ended well for myself and my wife. Because of our decision to hire Ken Nunn's law office to work on our behalf, we are both extremely pleased with the outcome of our settlement. During the entire process there was ALWAYS someone available to answer all our questions. They even took the time every now and then to call me and my wife just to check in on us to see how we were doing. We didn't expect this kind of service form lawyers. Not only did they make me and my wife feel that they were doing everything they could to get us the biggest settlement possible, they also made us feel like they cared about us as individuals. I have been dealing with them since August (2015) they play phone tag, never know who is actually on my case. Its always the run around and never straight forward answers. I regret EVER getting them involved. I highly do not reccomend.
