I was in a nearly fatal car accident last year; I broke my hip and three different places and kenn nun law office got me compensated in less then a year. I just want to show my appreciation, and give thanks you guys have changed my life.

I was in a car accident on October 22,2017... I was a passenger in my sister's car, along with her husband... We live in Frankfort, Indiana... We had the right of way and we're going about 30 mph, in a 40 mph speed limit.. a man driving a truck, who was uninsured, slammed into the driver side of our car... He ran a red light... My sister had some problems with her neck, and they both were banged up pretty good... I ended up with a displaced L kneecap, and the bone just under my knee, was broke in 2 places... I had to have surgery for plates to be placed for it to heal correctly.. I was in alot of pain, and unable to put weight on my leg for 3 months... Then it took another 3-4 months to be able to put full weight... I had no idea how hard and painful that was gonna be... My sister decided to contact Kenn Nunn's office and see if we had a case... They were very informative, and we decided to proceed... I don't know what I would have done, if not for them... There was so much confusion with my insurance, first HIP with Anthem, then Medicare, and my sister's auto insurance with State farm... Nobody wanted to pay my bills... Anthem at 1 point said I only had coverage for 1 day... In actuality, it had been a couple years... They also couldn't decide who was responsible for what... No way I could have sorted thru or handled that mess on my own!!!! Vicky Nunn, and partners did a GREAT JOB, in standing up for my rights... And made sure that between all the insurances I do not owe anything toward my bills, which totalled at least $94'000 and that wasn't including all my therapy, and in home care... My settlement, after all the bills are paid and Ken Nunn law office fees, and I did get a couple of advances thru Oasis Financial.. is going to be between $33,000 - $50,000... I can't tell them how much I appreciate what they did for me... I will now be able to purchase my home, and get a new car!!!!! My experience with Ken Nunn's law office was very good, everyone that I personally spoke with about my case was very polite, helpful and consistent with the details of my case, my attorney would personality call me and not just pass it on to someone else to do, I will definitely consider them again and refer them to anyone that would need there services
